It’s been 25 years since we formed our company. We’re going to take a look back at some photos and video clips during that 25 years.
We’ll, we’ve reached a milestone. This year, Cerami Creative trading under our Soundbyte corporation, celebrates its 25th year in business.
In 1995 we opened our first office on the 20th floor of the Lewis Tower at 15th and Locust and built out custom studios. Shortly after, we purchased our first digital video editing workstation, the Avid Media Composer 9000. And so began 25 years of audio and video production, media buying, and out of home, print, and collateral design.
That was how businesses did their marketing in 1995. Then, came digital marketing and we had to learn an entire new way to help businesses market themselves.
Over the years we were lucky enough to work with brands such as DG Yuengling & Son, Penn Medicine, Rita’s Water Ice, 20th Century Fox TV, The Jim Henson Company, Hollywood Tans, some of the Atlantic City casinos, and scores of automotive dealerships.
I think back to our early work for clients,trying to include a video component, whether that was a TV spot or corporate profile video on DVD.
One of our best memories, was back in the two thousands, on one of our biggest film productions, for Yuengling Beer. We had to shut down Chestnut Street in Center City, hire Philly police officers, rent out the Paradigm Restaurant and hire a crew of 20 and cast of about 40 people…all for a 4 second shot in a Yuengling commercial.
It’s been a great journey! Some years were flush with new business. Others were very lean, and we wondered if we were going to make it to the end of the year.
But the whole process has been immensely rewarding. As they say, you learn more from your mistakes than your successes.
I’m very grateful to all our clients who believed in us, our employees, contractors, partners and interns who worked hard to help us create effective campaigns for our clients. Thank you. We couldn’t have done it without you.
In 2019, we were lucky enough to do national work for Jack Daniels, American Water, and Radian Mortgage Insurance Company, plus plenty of local clients.
We look forward to continuing to provide excellent adverting, marketing, and public relations services. And to this day, remember, we never stop thinking about our clients’ businesses. Happy new year!
